Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer

  • Establish and sustain continuous integration and deployment processes utilizing CI/CD tools
  • Oversee deployment, scaling and management of applications using Kubernetes
  • Design and manage cloud-based solutions, primarily on Azure
  • Utilize Terraform for provisioning and management of cloud resources
  • Work with security teams to fortify infrastructure security
  • Implement and oversee monitoring and logging solutions
  • Assist software development teams with troubleshooting and optimization
  • Deploy applications in challenging environments
  • Engage in problem-solving at design and debugging stages
  • Enhance and build Docker images for production flight environment
  • Experiment with latest development tools

Requirements For DevOps Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of DevOps and cloud experience
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with containers and container orchestration
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
  • Production experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, AKS and Helm
  • Strong understanding of terraform
  • Experience setting up production grade networking with hybrid clouds
  • Knowledge of TCP, HTTP(S) protocols
  • Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python)
  • Azure, AWS or GCP cloud certification
  • Security and compliance understanding
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required authorizations due to ITAR regulations
