True Anomaly is seeking a Spacecraft Chief Engineer for their GEO spacecraft build. As the technical authority of the Jackal for GEO spacecraft, you will provide assessments of requirements, design, risks, and schedule with Program Managers and engineering owners. You'll identify gaps between requirements, design, manufacturing, operations, and facility solutions across the lifecycle build. You'll assess and approve technical completion and compliance at major program reviews, provide innovative design processes, and advise teams on flight and ground architectures. Leadership and mentorship in coordinating design, analysis, and systems engineering processes are key responsibilities. You'll oversee production and delivery of Jackal spacecrafts and report to the Vice President of Space Systems.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $220,000 - $285,000, plus equity and benefits such as health, dental, vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and parental leave.
