The position involves leading thermal control system design, analysis, and validation for spacecraft, ensuring optimal performance across all mission phases. You'll work with state-of-the-art tools like Thermal Desktop and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into spacecraft designs. The role requires expertise in thermal vacuum testing, analysis, and model correlation, with opportunities to work on various aspects of spacecraft thermal management.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $180,000 based on experience and location, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and equity.
