VR Unity Developer

True3D is an innovative startup focused on bringing esports to life through immersive 3D livestreaming in VR headsets. We're looking for a passionate VR Unity Developer to join our small but dynamic team of 3 members, founded in 2020 and based in New York.

As our VR Unity Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging virtual experiences that revolutionize how people watch esports. Your role will involve building immersive Unity experiences, implementing netcode for social interactions, and developing cutting-edge VR applications. You'll work directly with our founder and team to design and enhance virtual spaces that deliver seamless user experiences.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $60K to $160K, plus equity (0.50% - 3.00%), reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent. You'll have the flexibility of remote work while being part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of VR and esports streaming technology.

The interview process is straightforward and thorough, consisting of three stages: an informal phone call followed by two 45-minute technical interviews. This structure allows us to get to know you well while ensuring you're comfortable with our technical requirements and culture.
