Description For Junior CPE Endpoint Engineer - Technology

Truelogic, a New York-headquartered leader in nearshore staff augmentation, is seeking a Junior CPE Endpoint Engineer to join their dynamic team of 600+ professionals. This role focuses on managing and administering client devices across multiple platforms including macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading client in the mobility sector, managing global fleet of client devices and ensuring seamless device operations. As a Junior CPE Endpoint Engineer, you'll be responsible for software distribution, patch management, security, and endpoint configuration while collaborating with multiple teams.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in endpoint management or IT support, with strong English communication skills. Knowledge of various operating systems and MDM solutions is valuable, along with a foundation in networking protocols and scripting languages.

Responsibilities For Junior CPE Endpoint Engineer - Technology

  • Provide Tier 1 support for software distribution and endpoint configuration
  • Assist in troubleshooting device connectivity and security compliance issues
  • Work with Service Desk and Infra Ops teams to resolve endpoint-related problems
  • Help document and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
  • Assist in deploying and managing software across multiple platforms
  • Support OS imaging and configuration tasks
  • Monitor patch compliance and assist in deployment troubleshooting
  • Maintain endpoint performance reports and dashboards

Requirements For Junior CPE Endpoint Engineer - Technology

Python
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in endpoint management, IT support, or software deployment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic experience with WorkspaceONE MDM or Microsoft Intune MDM is a plus
  • Exposure to macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS
  • Foundational knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Willingness to learn scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
