Junior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer - Technology

Truelogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation services provider headquartered in New York, is seeking a Junior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer for their client. The role involves overseeing the administration, support, and security of enrolled mobile devices across iOS, Android, and ChromeOS platforms. The successful candidate will manage WorkspaceONE MDM, provide technical support, ensure compliance, and work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain and enhance mobile device infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, compliance tracking, Level 1-2 support, security feature management, and infrastructure maintenance. The position requires 1-3 years of experience in IT support or MDM administration, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with various MDM platforms and mobile operating systems.
