Software Engineer - Tech Enablement

Trustly is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join their Tech Enablement team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure that supports the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, champion automation, create shared libraries, promote observability best practices, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical guidance to engineers for high-quality, reliable, and observable code
• Developing tools and libraries to improve developer experience and productivity
• Creating and maintaining shared libraries and frameworks
• Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices for monitoring and observability
• Enhancing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer in a microservices architecture using Java or TypeScript. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps-based deployments, and monitoring tools like Datadog is essential.
