The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with complex healthcare datasets, building and maintaining data pipelines that directly impact how healthcare pricing is understood and accessed. You'll be joining a company backed by prestigious investors including a16z, Tiger Global, and Bessemer Venture Partners, working alongside a diverse team of professionals who moonlight as authors, musicians, and other interesting pursuits.

As a Data Science Engineer, you'll be responsible for connecting various healthcare datasets, developing data models, and creating visualization solutions that make complex healthcare pricing information accessible and understandable. The position offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $155,000, along with comprehensive benefits including equity options, full healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) with 4% matching. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility in work hours and location, though you'll need to be based in the US and work during US business hours.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in data modeling and pipeline development, strong programming skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll need to be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with healthcare data or revenue cycle management is a plus but not required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology in a flexible, remote environment. The role offers significant growth potential within a well-funded startup that's tackling one of healthcare's most pressing challenges.
