Senior Technology Support Engineer

As a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer at Two Circles, you'll be responsible for managing the tools and technologies used by employees both remotely and in offices. This role involves overseeing a mix of Windows and Mac devices, various SaaS applications, and minimal on-premise infrastructure. You'll lead the support team, own Workplace Technology platforms, mentor colleagues, and work collaboratively with the wider Technology Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day support activities
• Managing Workplace Technology platforms (e.g., M365, Teams Meeting Rooms, EUC estate)
• Developing and mentoring support colleagues
• Collaborating with Service Management and Security Operations
• Identifying trends and improvement opportunities
• Building relationships across all Two Circles teams and regions
• Managing partners and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Windows and Mac support, experience with Office 365 and Entra ID, MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, scripting skills, and knowledge of IT Operations and Service Management practices. Additional beneficial experience includes configuring Atlassian products, Azure infrastructure, endpoint security technologies, and Mac MDM.
