As a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer, you'll be crucial in managing the technology infrastructure that powers their global operations. The role combines technical leadership with team development, overseeing both Windows and Mac environments, cloud platforms, and various SaaS applications. You'll work across multiple offices, ensuring seamless technology experiences for remote and in-office staff. Responsibilities For Senior Technology Support Engineer

  • Lead support team's day-to-day activities for workplace technology experience
  • Own workplace technology platforms (M365, Teams Meeting Rooms, EUC estate)
  • Develop and mentor Support colleagues
  • Work with Service Management and Security Operations for ITSM/ITOM processes
  • Identify trends and recurring problems, define solutions and automation opportunities
  • Manage partners and suppliers
  • Champion workplace technology improvements globally
  • Protect client data

Requirements For Senior Technology Support Engineer

  • Highly proficient in Windows and Mac support
  • Experience with Office 365 and Entra ID, including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access
  • Expertise in Autopilot and MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
  • Experience in automation and scripting (Powershell, Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of client networking and VPNs
  • Proficiency with collaboration/UC tools and hardware (preferably Teams)
  • Understanding of IT Operations and Service Management practices
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy and Governance principles
  • Understanding of modern workplace security practices
