TYME is seeking experienced Quality Assurance engineers to enhance their product quality within Scrum teams. This senior role focuses on mobile and API testing, requiring 4+ years of experience in QA/Testing, preferably in Finance/Banking. The position involves comprehensive testing responsibilities including functional, automation, and API testing. Responsibilities For Quality Assurance Engineer (Mobile, API Testing)
- Work closely with project team and participate in Agile activities
- Drive up Quality of products and assure quality of releases to Production
- Create testing artifacts (test strategy, test plan, test case)
- Perform functional testing, smoke test, regression testing, and exploratory testing
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to management and team members
- Create, maintain, execute automation test scripts
- Work on automation testing for Mobile, Web, API, Serverless, and Microservice Testing
Requirements For Quality Assurance Engineer (Mobile, API Testing)
- 4+ years of experience in QA/Testing, preferably in Finance/Banking
- Experience in software testing for Mobile Applications (iOS and Android)
- Experience in API testing (Restful API, SOAP API with Postman, SOAPUI)
- Database queries experience with SQL and NoSQL
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Xray, Test Rails
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals
- Good communication and English skills
- Experience with BDD methodology
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, Python)
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium or Rest Assured
- Experience with Git and CI/CD (Teamcity/Jenkins)
