Full Stack Engineer (frontend focus)

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our innovative healthcare technology company. We're revolutionizing the mental health industry by developing AI-powered documentation tools that help therapists focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to automatically generate personalized progress notes and intake forms from recorded therapy sessions, following industry standards like SOAP formats. We're committed to user-centric design and HIPAA compliance, ensuring both ease of use and data security.

As our Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be working primarily with React/React Native and Django, bringing UI/UX designs to life. We're looking for a self-driven individual who can manage projects independently and navigate complex technical challenges. Your role will be crucial in developing and maintaining our platform that transforms hours of documentation work into minutes for mental health professionals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience with React and React Native, strong TypeScript skills, and a solid understanding of Django. You should be proficient in CSS and have experience with AI technologies and libraries. Your ability to implement UI best practices and translate Figma designs into functional interfaces will be essential.

Working hours will be aligned with PST (9am - 5pm), and while we're a US-based company, we're looking for talented professionals from Latin America to join our remote team. We offer competitive compensation of $4,000-$4,500 per month plus PTO, and value team members who can contribute to our mission of improving healthcare delivery through technology.
