Machine Learning Engineer

Typescouts is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. The company offers tools to simplify and unify business operations by connecting different applications and data in a single interface. Their main goal is to reduce manual processes and the need to switch between various tools, making work easier across industries like retail, manufacturing, and construction.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and training conversational AI models, ensuring they are efficient and accurate. You'll handle data preprocessing and continually improve AI agents based on user interactions and feedback. This role requires proficiency in machine learning frameworks and the ability to design, train, and evaluate AI models for tasks such as speech recognition, text generation, and dialogue management.

The ideal candidate should have experience with natural language processing (NLP) and a deep understanding of model deployment. You'll be working remotely, with the company based in Canada, but candidates are expected to be located in Latin America (LATAM).
