Responsibilities For Program Manager, Tech - GSS
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Identify gaps and risks to the organization and operational efficiencies
- Create programs, processes, and policies to drive improvements
- Drive the execution of operational programs, projects, and initiatives
- Set and scale new pilot projects, write detailed SOPs for the vendor teams
- Ensure organizational spending aligns with budget and priorities
- Lead the communications strategy for programs
- Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
- Identify data based opportunities to improve process and customer experience
- Interface with tech leads and engineers to estimate efforts, define milestones, track progress
- Track, analyze, and report data patterns and trends associated with the programs
Requirements For Program Manager, Tech - GSS
- Experience managing programs in 2D and 3D LiDAR annotations, object detection, semantic segmentation
- Ability to work with engineer/product/internal teams
- Analytics background with experience in collecting, structuring and analyzing data
- Experience in high-paced, fast-growing tech startup, large tech company, or consulting background
- Strong communication skills to present findings to senior management
- Ability to design experiments and interpret results
