They will be responsible for conducting data analysis, managing system performance, building recruitment processes, and serving as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary range of $125,000-$139,000, along with bonus potential and equity awards. The role is based in either San Francisco or New York, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 50% office presence.

Responsibilities For Program Manager, Tech- Talent Acquisition Technology - Oracle ATS

  • Conduct data analysis with People Analytics team for key metrics
  • Analyze system performance metrics related to HR OKRs
  • Build and improve Talent Acquisition processes
  • Collaborate with teams to manage requirements, sprints, and system updates
  • Serve as point of contact for service-related inquiries
  • Partner with stakeholders for requirement definition
  • Liaise with TPMs and Engineering teams for sprint planning
  • Monitor systems and tools health within Talent Acquisition
  • Support analysis, design, deployment, and testing of system functionalities
  • Prioritize initiatives based on resources and impact
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with Leadership on key initiatives

Requirements For Program Manager, Tech- Talent Acquisition Technology - Oracle ATS

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • 2 years administering Oracle Talent Acquisition tools
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Proven ability to partner with Talent Acquisition teams
