Senior Engineering Manager - Delivery Marketplace

Uber's Consumer Pricing and Incentive team is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Delivery Marketplace division. This role is crucial in shaping consumer demand for Uber's Delivery business, including online food delivery and groceries. The position involves managing a system that serves hundreds of millions of consumers and millions of merchants globally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a group of engineers and engineering managers, working on building global solutions while collaborating with product managers, scientists, and other engineering teams. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $252,000 to $280,000 per year, along with participation in Uber's bonus program and potential equity awards. The role is based in either San Francisco or Sunnyvale, California, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 50% office presence.
