Senior Frontend Engineer - Membership

Uber One is a membership program of 20M+ members across 30 different countries and constantly growing. The Membership team is responsible for developing and reinventing Uber and UberEats app to be a member-first experience from price to perks.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Membership team, you will be working on building the biggest engagement lever for Uber and impacting Uber's topline business goals. The engineering problems span from understanding user behavior to better engage with their needs on Uber, to ensuring systems scale with the growing presence of Membership across Uber's key touchpoints, to the intricacies of renewal payment collection, retry strategies, and retention tactics to retain members.

You will:

• Design, develop, and improve web solutions used by millions of members
• Write high-quality code and uphold standards for testing and coverage
• Align the team on solutions to ambiguous problems and analyze tradeoffs
• Contribute to engineering cultivation in terms of quality, monitoring, and on-call practices
• Find opportunities to improve team operations and promote standard processes
