Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager

  • 5+ years as a TPM or Engineering Manager in software development
  • 8+ years overall experience
  • Strong technical experience in platform development at scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-team and cross-org stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in project management with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (preferred)
  • Developer experience (preferred)
