- 7+ years of engineering management experience, with demonstrated ability managing managers (4+ years)

- Knowledge of large-scale, distributed systems
- Experience working with multi-functional, globally distributed teams
- Proven ability to grow teams, recruit and retain strong engineering leaders
- Knowledge of client-side architecture for large teams across native mobile and web platforms
