Sr Integration Engineer - Oracle HCM Cloud

Uber is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join their Business Technology Engineering team, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role is integral to the Global People Technology team, where you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing SaaS applications through integration solutions in the HR domain.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, capable of designing and implementing integration solutions across Core HR, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, and various Engineering team members, serving as a subject matter expert in HR technology integration.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing integration solutions, defining technology strategies, and championing engineering best practices. You'll be instrumental in building reusable integration components and ensuring alignment with security, observability, and deployment standards. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex problems and innovative solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, middleware platforms like Mulesoft, and have experience with multiple end-to-end HR transformation projects. Uber offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $171,000-$190,000, bonus potential, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
