Uber is seeking a Staff Tech Lead Manager (TLM) to join their Business Applications team, focusing on Legal Technology. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with management responsibilities, working on solutions for the Legal and Public Safety team. The position involves leading a small team while maintaining significant individual contributor responsibilities.

The role focuses on building and maintaining critical legal technology systems including Matter Management, Public Safety Response Portal, eBilling, Export Compliance, and IP Matter Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal technology systems and leadership capabilities, with a strong technical background in Salesforce and related technologies.

As a TLM, you'll be responsible for technical architecture decisions, system design, and implementation while mentoring and developing a team of engineers. The role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll drive the adoption of modern technologies and best practices while ensuring system scalability and performance.

The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $203,000-$225,500, plus bonus potential and equity awards.
