Senior Growth Automation Engineer

Udelta, an innovative AI-powered travel platform established in 2017, is seeking a Senior Growth Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team in the Netherlands. This role combines technical expertise with business growth strategies, focusing on automating and optimizing lead generation and qualification processes.

The position offers a perfect blend of technical challenges and business impact, where you'll work with cutting-edge tools like Apollo, Clay, n8n, and Zapier, while leveraging AI and LLMs for automation and personalization. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated lead scoring models, ensuring data integrity across systems, and driving continuous improvement in automation workflows.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in growth operations or tech-driven marketing, with a strong foundation in automated lead generation and CRM workflows. Your expertise in AI-driven prospecting and prompt engineering will be crucial for success in this position.
