Responsibilities For Principal Software Engineer-Front End
- Design and develop low-level, foundational design kits, component libraries, and frameworks
- Partner with Product and Design teams to craft building blocks, guidelines and standards
- Drive towards ensuring high-quality UI/UX and brand consistency across products
- Maintain and evolve documentation for UiPath's design system
- Educate and provide guidance to teams on design system best practices
- Create high-quality interactive prototypes
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies
- Help junior engineers develop new skills and advance in their careers
- Participate in hiring and attracting top industry talent
Requirements For Principal Software Engineer-Front End
- 7+ years of hands-on design and development experience in UI/front-end development
- At least 1 years of experience directly working on Design Systems
- Must be highly knowledgeable in JavaScript, Typescript, CSS/SCSS, HTML
- Experience in modern UI frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, etc
- Strong understanding of building atomic, composable, and reusable components
- Fundamental knowledge in web related security concepts
- Strong communication, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
