Responsibilities For Product Engineer I
- Test and validate process flows, service procedures, and software prior to release
- Plan and execute full software releases for customer tools
- Monitor field issues and escalate trends to R&D and Upper Management
- Partner with system and software engineering team for documentation and troubleshooting
- Transfer knowledge from R&D to customer sites
- Provide cross fleet data analysis
- Collaborate with Operations and R&D on product improvement plans
Requirements For Product Engineer I
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or core scientific degree
- 1 year of experience troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience scripting in Bash and/or Python
- Previous experience working in Linux systems
- Background in teaching or transferring knowledge
- Proficient in hardware, software and chemistry integration
- Experience in technical support or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
