As a backend developer, you will own the services related to the context of your work, especially building and operating high-quality systems for the exacting standards of the financial services sector. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Java 21 and SpringBoot 3.2, design and develop microservice architectures, and contribute to a continuous deployment process.

Responsibilities For Backend Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain microservice architectures for high-performance applications using the latest Java and Spring framework versions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest microservices technologies and best practices
- Work effectively as part of a self-managed team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
- Improve the quality of our systems and suggest ways to achieve it
- Operate high-quality systems for the exacting standards of the financial services sector
Requirements For Backend Engineer
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in modern Java frameworks and methodologies, with a strong focus on the Spring framework
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud-based infrastructure
- Writing high quality automated tests
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional in-person meetings (1 day per week) in small self managed teams
- Passion for Java programming and a desire to make a positive impact in the software industry using the latest technologies
