Unico is seeking a Technical Support SDK Developer to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining the company's SDK platform, working directly with client integrations and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and web development, with experience in SDK implementation and debugging. You'll be responsible for supporting clients in SDK integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions. The role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills as you'll be working directly with clients and internal teams. This position offers an opportunity to work with various modern technologies including mobile frameworks like iOS, Android, Flutter, and web technologies like React, Vue.js, and Angular. Responsibilities For Technical Support SDK Developer

  • Support the technological maintenance of the Unico product platform focusing on demands related to our software development kit (SDK)
  • Support clients in installing and integrating our SDK with different applications
  • Perform problem diagnosis, analyzing logs, debugging source code in various scenarios/complexities
  • Reproduce errors and anomalies in test, development, and staging environments
  • Implement new SDK installations in new environments, perform version upgrades and validation process
  • Implement new PoCs (proof of concept) for debugging problems and/or supporting clients in the implementation process
  • Conduct systemic tests focusing on bug reproduction or problems
  • Provide support to internal areas and clients addressing doubts and tickets
  • Participate in meetings with clients to assist in integration processes and/or bug investigation
  • Maintain knowledge base based on demands
  • Work with and learn different technologies and tools

Requirements For Technical Support SDK Developer
