Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Take full ownership of all existing ML assets
- Plan and manage delivery of machine learning/data science systems end to end
- Manage, monitor and maintain machine learning operation databases
- Work with platform teams to ensure ML infrastructure is set up correctly
- Produce technical requirements for product teams
- Deliver MVP solutions to prove hypotheses
- Support R&D initiatives
- Act as coach and mentor to the Data & Insight team
- Monitor and maintain current machine learning systems
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- 5+ years experience as a data scientist/machine learning engineer
- Extensive mathematics and computer skills in machine learning concepts
- Proficient in Python and SQL to production standards
- Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS
- Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow and scikit-learn
- Experience with big data technology (Redshift, Hadoop, Spark)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or related field
- Experience with technically mentoring others
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
