As a Data & AI Engineer, you'll join a team of 100+ professionals working on cutting-edge projects in automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing, and pharma industries. The role combines software engineering, machine learning, and data analytics to solve complex business challenges. You'll work on diverse projects from building real-time production monitoring systems to developing climate risk assessment platforms. Responsibilities For Data & AI Engineer
- Work on cloud engineering, infrastructure, data engineering and ETL
- Design and implement solutions for customer challenges
- Evaluate and present results to technical and non-technical audience
- Implement systems from proof-of-concepts to larger end-to-end data systems
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and business stakeholders
- Use software best practices in CI/CD
- Work in multi-functional agile teams
Requirements For Data & AI Engineer
- MSc level in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient software engineer with fundamentals of computer science
- Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
- Experience with cloud technologies is a strong plus
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong client-facing skills
- Willing to travel up to 10% of time in Europe
- Eligible to register as a sole trader in Poland
