Middle Android Developer

We are seeking an Android Developer to work on our cutting-edge streaming app. Launched on iOS in 2021 and Android in 2023, our app connects like-minded people in a safe and welcoming space. Designed for the USA and Tier-1 markets, it offers a sleek, intuitive user experience with high-quality video — without any ads!

As an Android Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain a high-performance app using modern approaches for the Android platform
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while continuously growing your development skills
• Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to scalable app architecture
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, design new features, and guide the app's development process

We're looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience in Android app development with a strong understanding of Android SDK
• Expertise in Kotlin and solid knowledge of Jetpack Compose for modern UI development
• Proficiency in Clean Architecture and MVVM/MVI patterns
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns
• Practical experience with Multithreading, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and Channels
• Experience with dependency injection tools like Koin, Hilt, or Dagger 2
• Advanced proficiency with Git and collaboration workflows
• Hands-on experience with Firebase and Amplitude
