Key responsibilities include mentoring developers, managing technical aspects of immersive experiences, collaborating with product managers, and ensuring seamless integration with artists and designers. The role requires expertise in XR applications, including OpenXR, SteamVR, and OculusVR frameworks, along with strong experience in multiplayer/networked applications.
