Responsibilities For Backend Developer
- Design and develop high-quality backend systems
- Develop features and applications supporting mobile, desktop and web applications at large scale
- Keep up with latest technology trends and share with team members
- Contribute to product development phases (ideation, implementation, release)
- Develop structured, tested, readable and maintainable code
- Work in an Agile team
- Support and mentor other developers when needed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
Requirements For Backend Developer
- 3-4 years of experience, proficient in backend technologies and programming languages (NodeJS, TypeScript)
- Deep knowledge and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore, Redis
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure like GCP, AWS, Cloudflare
- Knowledge of distributed systems and architectures like microservices, event-driven
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with continuous releases using Agile methodology
- Experience building scalable web services
- Experience in performance optimization, profiling and debugging applications
- Passion for technology in the field
- Self-development mindset, ready to tackle new challenges and complex problems
