Description For Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the Revenue Operations team, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers in the sales funnel. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills, supporting prospects during product trials and POCs.

Responsibilities For Sales Engineer

  • Support prospects during trials/proof of concepts (POC) of the platform
  • Identify prospect pain points and challenges during trials/POCs
  • Be the technical point of contact for support queries during trial process
  • Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases
  • Work collaboratively to improve trial/POC experience
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers

Requirements For Sales Engineer

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at B2B SaaS
  • Solutions-driven problem solver with innate curiosity
  • Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High degree of technical aptitude
  • Ability to give and receive feedback
