ValueSync is seeking an Operational Support Engineer to join our Client's dynamic operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of production systems and services. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing technical support to both internal teams and clients. Your efforts will ensure high availability and reliability of our systems, helping to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities For Operational Support Engineer

Requirements For Operational Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in operational support or systems administration preferred
  • Strong understanding of server and network technologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
