Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Upmarket

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you'll play a crucial role in leading technical discussions with mid-market customers and VIP logos, working alongside the Enterprise Sales team. The position combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, focusing on ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Vanta's security solutions.

The role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and customer-facing skills, where you'll be responsible for managing the technical relationship with customers throughout their journey. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption, particularly focusing on key integrations across cloud infrastructure, version control, and security systems.

Your responsibilities will span from conducting security reviews and implementation plans to providing technical qualification calls and quarterly business reviews. The position requires deep product knowledge, including understanding of integrations, configurations, and the competitive landscape. You'll also contribute to product development by providing market feedback and helping prioritize functionality for the Mid-Market & VIP segment.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of customer-facing technical experience, strong project management skills, and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms. You should be comfortable working in a startup environment and possess both technical depth and excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, from technical teams to executives.
