Responsibilities For Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Upmarket

  • Own the technical relationship with customers
  • Partner with Account Executive to provide prospects with seamless onboarding and adoption experience
  • Support Sales team with security reviews, implementation plans, technical qualification calls, and quarterly business reviews
  • Respond to inbound questions and support requests from the Sales team
  • Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and competitive landscape
  • Provide market feedback to the product team
  • Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources

Requirements For Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Upmarket

  • 3-5 years of pre-sales customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or equivalent title
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Operating Systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • General knowledge with scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash, and JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience preferred
