Vanta offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $160,000 - $215,000, comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and flexible work arrangements. The company has offices in SF, NYC, Dublin, and Sydney, but embraces remote work culture.

Responsibilities For Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer
- Conceptualize, design, and evaluate AI/ML solutions from platform and product perspective
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize findings from data and improve AI systems performance
- Partner with product teams to define product strategies for Vanta's AI offerings
- Architect and implement scalable ML infrastructure including data pipeline and LLM-specific pipelines
- Research and apply state-of-the-art ML techniques to improve model performance
