Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Vanta's AI offerings and technical strategy. You'll be responsible for building the foundational infrastructure and developer tools that power Vanta's AI innovations. This includes designing and implementing AI-powered features, creating scalable data pipelines, and improving development workflows. The role requires both technical depth in AI/ML systems and breadth across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend architecture.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in both full-stack development and applied machine learning. You should be comfortable making technical trade-offs, mentoring team members, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
