Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Enterprise Products

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Backend Enterprise Products team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and scaling our Trust Management Platform. The position involves leading complex projects, mentoring engineers, and building enterprise-grade products with AI capabilities.

The role is particularly exciting as it sits within one of Vanta's fastest-growing organizations - the Trust teams, which are pioneering AI-powered products for security review processes. You'll work on three distinct products: Trust Center, Questionnaire Automation, and Vendor Risk Management, all aimed at streamlining security reviews between software buyers and sellers.

Your responsibilities will include technical leadership, driving complex projects across our technical stack, and setting technical direction to enable product and infrastructure scaling. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of industry experience, strong product engineering background, and experience with enterprise products.
