Responsibilities For Senior Systems Engineer - Atlassian Focused, Enterprise Engineering
- Live and breathe all things systems at Vanta with a special focus on Atlassian systems
- Architect, design, deploy, processes, workflows, and automations in Jira
- Assist cross functional stakeholders with implementing and enforcing policies on systems
- Develop scripts and workflows to assist in automation of tasks
- Act as an escalation point for teammates on the Ops team
- Create and maintain procedures, standards, and documentation
- Turn business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements For Senior Systems Engineer - Atlassian Focused, Enterprise Engineering
- Experience with application administration of various productivity tools and platforms
- Expertise in administering and building out workflows and automations in Jira
- Experience with CLI tools and programming/scripting languages (GAM, Python, Bash)
- Advanced knowledge API integration work with Atlassian
- Experience working in high-growth companies with rapidly shifting IT needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to break down complex problems
