Staff Software Engineer, Product Platform

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Product Platform team, you'll play a crucial role in enabling Vanta teams to efficiently build products and experiences for customers.

The position involves tackling challenging and highly impactful user-facing challenges with company-wide impact. You'll be working on critical projects such as creating a foundation for fine-grained authorization across the entire product, developing Vanta's first centralized task feed, and ensuring the billing platform scales with business needs.

The role requires 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of delivering customer-facing components used by multiple product teams. You'll be responsible for leading complex projects, conducting design reviews, and making strategic technical decisions that balance business priorities with user experience and technical sustainability.

Vanta offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $238K to $280K, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
