Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales Teams to build features and fix bugs
  • Create and update documentation based on customer interactions
  • Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage
  • Develop best practices and tools for diagnosing issues
  • Support customers and resolve issues via support tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • 1 - 2 years of industry experience in technical support or software engineering
  • Experience in managing customer facing cases throughout support lifecycle
  • Ability to use scripting languages and MVC frameworks
