Founding Growth Engineer

Vapi is an exciting startup at the forefront of voice AI infrastructure, having recently raised a Series A round. The company is building critical infrastructure to bridge the gap between raw models and production-ready voice AI solutions, particularly relevant as Apple Intelligence and Google Gemini bring voice AI to billions of users. As a Founding Growth Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving the company's growth through data-driven experimentation and building scalable systems. You'll work directly with the founding team in San Francisco, focusing on optimizing acquisition, engagement, and retention through sophisticated A/B testing and funnel optimization. The role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring skills in Python, TypeScript, and SQL, along with a strong analytical mindset.
