As a Founding Infrastructure Software Engineer at Vapi, you'll be at the forefront of building the infrastructure that bridges the gap between raw AI models and production-ready voice AI solutions.

The company, which recently launched in March and has already achieved revenue growth and secured funding, is looking for a foundational team member to scale their real-time conversational infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with the opportunity to shape company culture.

As the Founding Senior Engineer (Infra), you'll be responsible for critical infrastructure that handles millions of concurrent calls while maintaining impressive performance metrics. You'll work directly with the founders in a small, dynamic team of 6 people, based in San Francisco.
