Description For Second Line Support Engineer

Veeqo, an Amazon company, is seeking a Second Line Support Engineer to join their team in providing technical expertise for their ecommerce management platform. This role combines technical support and software engineering skills to resolve complex customer issues and maintain service quality.

As a Second Line Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving escalated incident tickets, implementing solutions, and working closely with the engineering team on complex technical challenges. You'll also contribute to internal documentation to enhance the team's technical capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP) (preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a Support Desk environment (preferred)
