Description For Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer

Veeva Systems, a pioneering $2B+ revenue company in industry cloud, is seeking an Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer to join their team. The role focuses on providing technical support for the Okta platform, requiring collaboration with IT and Security teams to implement single sign-on integrations, troubleshoot authentication issues, and design workflows. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and excellent at problem-solving.

Responsibilities For Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer

  • Implement single sign on (SAML, OIDC, SWA) integrations for internally used applications
  • Assess, design, and implement automations using Okta workflows or through custom scripts
  • Design and implement authentication and security policies
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with user authentication
  • Build and run custom reports
  • Run periodic audit of user accounts in Okta
  • Create support documentation and conduct knowledge transfers
  • Support security team with incident investigations

Requirements For Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience/certifications
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Okta in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working with and using API's for scripting, integrations, automations
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Self starter and excellent team player
