Veeva Systems, a pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer specializing in Pharmacovigilance Software. This remote position involves creating innovative administrator and technical learning content for Veeva's customers, partners, and employees. The role requires translating complex topics into engaging, digestible, and scalable educational experiences across various delivery formats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting instructional research and task analysis
  • Applying adult learning theory to design training experiences
  • Using modern authoring tools to build and deploy courses
  • Translating complex technical subjects into clear instruction
  • Managing end-to-end curriculum development processes
  • Working with SMEs to validate learning objectives
  • Developing expertise in Veeva products and technologies
  • Creating assessments and leading instruction of pilot materials

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of curriculum development experience, expertise in interactive courseware tools, excellent communication skills, and life sciences industry experience, particularly in Safety (pharmacovigilance, drug safety, regulatory compliance).

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements For Technical Curriculum Developer - Pharmacovigilance Software

  • 3+ years of curriculum development experience
  • Experience writing administrator or technical learning content for software products with hands-on interactivity
  • Expertise using tools to create and publish interactive courseware (e.g., Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, WellSaid)
  • Excellent written, visual design, and verbal communication skills
  • Life sciences industry experience, with understanding of Safety (pharmacovigilance, drug safety, regulatory compliance)
  • Track record of delivering quality projects on time
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to take on new challenges
  • Bachelor's degree or years of relevant experience
