You'll be instrumental in helping scale and grow their new offering by developing comprehensive training content and maintaining a robust online help site. The position requires expertise in technical documentation, eLearning development, and familiarity with tools like Git, Markdown, and HUGO.

Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success through effective training materials.
