Lead QA Engineer (ETL Testing)

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 3 years leading test automation teams. This role requires deep expertise in ETL testing, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and advanced knowledge of automation frameworks including Jmeter, Robot framework, and Python. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), various testing tools (Selenium, Postman), and complex database systems.

Key responsibilities include leading test automation strategies, participating in requirement analysis, building automated test suites, and ensuring quality across ETL processes. You'll work in an autonomous environment with a flat hierarchy, where quick decision-making and ownership are encouraged.
