Senior Backend Engineer (Python & Salesforce Integration)

Velotio Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Python and Salesforce Integration. The role requires 4-8 years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce Integration and Enterprise/CRM systems. You'll work with modern technologies including Python (Django), PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka, and AWS.

The ideal candidate will design and implement customer-facing features, participate in technical discussions, and mentor team members while maintaining high code quality standards. You'll be working in an autonomous, flat-hierarchy environment that encourages ownership and quick growth.
