Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our technical strategy and product development. Working in our hybrid environment from our midtown NYC office, you'll lead end-to-end feature development, architect scalable distributed systems, and mentor growing engineering talent. Our tech stack includes Python, MySQL, TypeScript, and React, with infrastructure hosted on AWS and modern tools like Snowflake, Dagster, and Sigma for data operations.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring both deep engineering expertise and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define product roadmap and technical strategy while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, secure software solutions.
