Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver products
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle—ideation, development, deployment, and monitoring
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all aspects of the software
- Leverage and enhance Veo's design system to create intuitive user experiences
- Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and decisions to shape Veo's technology landscape
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, in a high growth environment
- Collaborative spirit, working well with others to reach shared goals
- Problem-solving mindset and understanding of building large-scale systems
- Experience with architecture and ability to discuss tradeoffs
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies
- Experience with testing practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Comprehensive verbal and written English communication skills
- Interest in coaching others and supporting their growth as engineers
